Returns & Exchanges

At Milwaukee Boot Company, we stand by our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or leather goods aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging and include all tags. Ensure the boots are placed back in their protective dust bags to prevent scuffing during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our workshop receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
